1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. This deposit secures your event date and catering services.

2. Cancellation Notice
(a) More than 30 days before the event:
 A full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost (subject to availability).
(b) 7–14 days before the event:
 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or the event may be rescheduled subject to a 10% rebooking fee.
(c) Less than 7 days before the event:
 The full deposit is non-refundable due to preparation, staffing, and product costs already incurred.

3. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or emergencies), clients will receive either: A full refund of all payments made, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, power outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives or rescheduling options.

5. Changes to Bookings
Any changes to guest count, venue, date, or event time must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event date. Significant changes may affect pricing, staffing requirements, and availability.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept the above cancellation policy and terms of service.
